Improve the appearance of scratched or scuffed watch glass using Scratch Genie's glass polishing kit. This Diamond Polishing Paste can remove light scratches from watch faces made from all types of glass including acrylic, glass, mineral crystal, hardlex glass, gorilla glass & sapphire crystal. Sapphire crystal is the hardest of all types of watch glass and is often used on the most expensive types of watches such as a Rolex Submariner. (We advise that repairs to watch glass on expensive brands such as Rolex should always be carried out by a professional.) • First use masking tape to protect any areas of the watch you do not wish to be polished
• Apply a small amount of polishing paste to the scratched watch face
• Using the felt polishing bob, rub in a circular motion using a power tool or dremel
• Work the polishing bob over the scratch, applying more polishing paste as needed
• Repeat until the scratch is no longer visible
• Deeper scratches will generally take longer and require more polishing paste
• *Be aware that polishing glass can generate heat, excess heat may cause glass to crack

• We do not guarantee that Scratch Genie can remove any scratch, deep scratches may need to be repaired professionally or the glass replaced. This product is not suitable for use on chipped or cracked glass.

• The buyer is responsible for return postage, shipping and handling rate is non-refundable.
• Items returned to us must be as new. We do not accept returns of used goods.
• If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items.
• If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be as new is a condition suitable for resale when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is returned to us, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers).
• Any items which have been returned for refunds, the customer must email us via eBay messaging a notification of return together with tracking number / proof of postage and details of postage method used. Upon notification agreed refund will be issued.
• Once a refund has been agreed between both parties (seller & customer) please allow at least 24 working hours for refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the method in which payment has been made.
